A serial killer named Rudra (Anurag Kashyap) starts creating problems for the Central Bureau of Investigation by kidnapping the children of high-profile families in Bangalore. CBI officer Anjali (Nayanthara) is tasked with solving the case and bringing Rudra to justice.
