Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu is a hilarious story of Prashanth (Naveen Chandra) who falls in love with Priya (Shruti Sodhi) but when her rich father (Murali Sharma) disapproves their love, Prasanth gets into an argument that the rich people don't know what genuine happiness is. To experience if it's true, her father sets out to produce a flop film to lose all his money.
