Parinayam is a romantic comedy drama film starring Dulquer Salmaan and Kalyani Priyadarshan in pivotal roles. The Malayalam flick ‘Varane Avashyamund’ is dubbed into Telugu as Parinayam. It is written and directed by Anoop Sathyan and produced by Dulquer Salmaan under the banner of Wayfarer Films and M Star Entertainments. Music for the film is rendered by Alphons Joseph and the camera is handled by Mukesh Muraleedharan.

The rest of the film is about how Sri Krishna (Suresh Gopi) a criminal lawyer, finds the killer and proves Pavitra innocent.
