Things take a complicated turn when two women fight over a child. An American woman asks an Indian woman to be the surrogate mother of her child. Initially, the surrogate mother sees the baby as an opportunity to deal with her financial problems, but soon after, she grows fond of the child and it becomes the bone of contention between the two women.

Ravi promises his grandmother that he will get Brundavanam back. Ravi uses his intelligence to teach Panakalu a lesson in a hilarious manner with the help of his friend Balu (Subhalekha Sudhakar).
