Nenorakam movie revolves around Gautam (Sairam Shankar), a loan collection agent who falls in love with Swecha (Reshmi Menon). After multiple attempts, Gautam succeeds in winning back her love. The plot changes gears as a gang involved in human trafficking kidnap Swecha and the onus is on Gautam to rescue her.

Fate separates two lovers from each other; with the Naxalite movement as a backdrop, will they reunite? Sanjana and Siddu are family friends who fall in love. A turn of events causes them to elope, but they get separated. While Siddu thinks Sanjana is dead, Sanjana gets embroiled among the Naxalites. Will destiny reunite the young lovers?
