A visceral story about how and why one of Marvel`s most iconic villains came to be. Set before his notorious vendetta with Spider-Man, Aaron Taylor-Johnson stars as the titular character in the R-rated film.

Based on Spider-Man comics, this is a tale of a scientist who attempts to cure himself of a rare blood disease. As fate would have it, he instead ends up afflicting himself with a condition similar to a vampire including the thirst for blood, fangs and super strength, eventually becoming one of Spider-Man's nemeses.

Spencer hides the pieces of the Jumanji video game, repairs the gaming system in his basement and gets sucked into the universe. Spencer's friends Bethany, Fridge, and Martha arrive to see Spencer missing along with the game being open and decide to re-enter Jumanji to save him. They witness the unexpected changes and move through the terrains of the most dangerous game in the world.
