Manchivadu is a 2011 Telugu family drama starring Tanish, Bhama, Venu Madhav, Chandra Mohan. Vanisri is a poor girl and lives with her ailing mother. Once when she is out for buying medicine for her mother a goon tries to outrage her modesty and follows till her house. Akkineni Nageswara Rao, a poor youth, saves her from the goon. The dying old lady takes a promise from Rao to take care of her daughter. Rao starts taking care of Vanisri. Soon the society starts asking about their relationship.

A young woman's life changes when she learns about her lookalike Indu (Manjari Phadnis) is a singer. Her father is Telugu, her mother Malayalee and her aunts are from Chennai and Kolkata. She falls in love with Chakri (Allari Naresh), an amateur singer. Then a rich man (Sharath Babu), whose granddaughter had died tragically, who also happens to look like her, enters Indu’s life.

Madhava (Chiranjeevi) is a loyal servant to Hema's (Meenakshi Seshadri) father (Jandhyala). Madhava adores Hema and she loves in return. However, societal norms keep them apart. A horrific tragedy lands Hema in a mental asylum. How Madhava saves her and if they unite forms the story of Aapathbandhavudu.

Swathi Kiranam is the story of Gangadharam (Manjunath), an early teen who is an ardent music lover and a fan of a top classical musician Anantha Rama Sharma (Mammooty). An egoistic Anantha Rama Sharma develops deep envy towards his prodigious young disciple while his wife adores him and treats him like her son. Problems arise when Gangadharam starts getting more famous than Anantha Rama Sharma.

Sivayya (Kamal Haasan), an autistic person, is only good at obeying what his grandmother says. A widow (Raadhika) and her son enter his life and in attempt to do them good, Sivayya marries her during an auspicious village festival. How he earns his living and courageously fights the social conventions and injustice forms the plot of Swathi Mutyam.
