`Thai Massage` is a heartwarming tale of Atmaram Dubey (Gajraj Rao), struggling with erectile dysfunction and his adventures to overcome it, including a trip to Thailand! This light-hearted story follows Atmaram as he tries various methods to get his groove back, all while his wife Priya (Sarita Joshi) stands by his side. Along the way, the couple grows closer and learns to communicate better with each other, culminating in a heartwarming and comedic conclusion.

Anand(Adith Arun) is a filmmaker not interested in marriage institution. He has a lot of affairs and with Sri Lakshmi(Hebah Patel) he hits it off on the same level as well. Sri Lakshmi falls in love with him to his bad luck, however, and when she learns his ideology, she breaks with Anand. The rest of the story is how Anand is changing his process of thinking and winning back his love.
