Ganesh (Ram) is an orphan who always pitches in to help needy people. To help his friend out of a forced marriage, Ganesh steps in to woo the prospective bride Divya (Kajal). Soon he realizes that he is truly in love with Divya, while she learns his love is an act of fabrication. How Ganesh convinces Divya about his true love forms the crux of the movie.

Aditya joins law college as per his father's wishes though he wanted to be an engineer. He faces many problems while trying to reform unruly students along with dealing with his terrifying past.
