Bhadradri is the story about two brothers Raghuram (Srihari) and Chandu (Baladitya) who deal with the scam that involves health minister (Jaya Prakash Reddy), a team of corrupt doctors and the owner of the pharmaceutical company GenNext, Shankar Narayan (Mukesh Rishi). How they disclose their dirty secrets forms the crux of the story.

Ramya, a young girl, loses faith in love after her childhood crush, Rajesh, relocates elsewhere. However, her sister, Divya, and Srinivasa plot to make her fall in love again.

Aditya joins law college as per his father's wishes though he wanted to be an engineer. He faces many problems while trying to reform unruly students along with dealing with his terrifying past.
