The film is set against an urban backdrop and Satya Dev will be stepping into the shoes of a middle-aged software employee who has endured several heartbreaks in his quest to find true love. Dev, a software engineer, is travelling from Bangalore to Mangalore. On his way, he meets Divya. They begin to bond, and Dev ends up narrating his life stories to her.
