Nenu Leni Naa Prema Katha is a romantic entertainer film directed by Suresh Utharadi. The movie casts Naveen Chandra and Gayathri Suresh and many others are in the lead roles. It shows the two couples separated by a line and who appear to be talking on what looks like a radio. The Music composed by Juevin Singh while cinematography done by S Ka Boopathy and it is edited by Prawin Pudi. The film is produced by Kalyan Kandukuri, Nimmakayala Durga Prasad Reddy and Dr. Bhaskar Rao Annadata.

Three days before his wedding, Sai is fired from his job and his house is robbed of everything of value, including a diamond necklace he had planned on giving to his bride-to-be. He has to find the thief within three days so that he can get married. He embarks upon an adventurous, hilarious roller-coaster ride with his friend Jani. Their mad caper begins when they meet "The Dude", a pot-smoking slacker loafing aimlessly with his pet goat.

Arjun Reddy (Vijay Deverakonda) is a Surgeon and the topper of the college. He falls in love with his junior, a Tulu girl (Shalini), who is four years younger to him. Due to some unfortunate incidents, they break up. How life takes them forward forms the rest of the story.
