Set in the late 1930s and 40s, 'Qala' is a story about a young playback singer who goes by the same name. The story follows her journey as she unravels at the peak of her success, due to her tragic past catching up with her.

RK is a filmmaker, making a new film, in which he also plays the lead character of Mahboob. Its a quaint film, like a tribute to the cinema of the sixties. People close to him are not really sure why RK wants to make this film.. Edit begins and RK has a sinking feeling that this film is not going to come together, that this time he has really screwed up. His nightmares warn him of an impending disaster.

Shakuntala Devi is a Hindi drama movie starring Vidya Balan in prominent role directed by Anu Menon.

Bulbbul is directed by Anvita Dutt starring  Paoli Dam, Rahul Bose, Tripti Dimri and Avinash Tiwary in lead roles.
