A man is torn between saving his parents and sacrificing his youth. Sankara (Bharath Kalyan), a devotee of Lord Shiva, is all goodness. However, his greedy relatives use a wizard to paralyse Sankara's parents. With no cure in sight, Sankara prays to Lord Shiva for help. Shiva appears in the form of an old saint and asks Sankara to trade his youth for his parents' health. Will Sankara agree?
