Pawan Kalyan is a South Indian Superstar, and he is popularly known as Power Star Pawan Kalyan (PSPK). He is the youngest son to his parents Konidela Venkat Rao and Anjana Devi. They named him Konidela Kalyan Babu, but he uses Pawan Kalyan as his screen name. He has got two brothers, who are elder to him. His elder brother Chiranjeevi is the biggest star in the Film industry and also a politician. His older brother Nagababu is an artist and a producer, while his nephews, niece, and relations are an active part of the Telugu Film Industry. Pawan made his political entry by launching his party Janasena in 2014.   

His father worked as a constable in Andhra Pradesh Excise Department and got transferred regularly. Pawan's mother was a homemaker.  

Pawan Kalyan was born in Bapatla, Andhra Pradesh, on 2nd September 1971. As a child, Pawan suffered from Bronchitis and stayed away from school for a long time. He always had trouble with the disparity in Society. He never understood it and stood against it.   

Pawan dropped out of college after completing his intermediate from VR college in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh. He always wanted to study, but the circumstances didn't allow him to pursue it.  

Pawan established himself as an actor with Tholi Prema, released in 1998. The movie also won the National Award as the best movie. His films had the highest collections in the Telugu film industry, setting records for the highest-grossing films. He made his way into the Forbes India list of Top 100 celebrities, standing at 26th position in 2013, 69th position in 2017, and 24th position in 2018, respectively.  

He established production houses under the banners of Anjana Productions and Pawan Kalyan Creative works.   

He is an actor, writer, director, choreographer, stunts coordinator, and many more. He made his mark as a choreographer with the song Neevalle Neevalle song from Annavaram movie opposite Asin.   

Pawan is the first South Indian star to endorse Pepsi. Pawan has a black-belt in Martial arts, and he does most of his stunts in his movies.   

Pawan is a philanthropist at heart. He gave Rs.5 Lakhs to a sports personality Rekha Chalichemala, a shooter, for encouraging her play. He donated 20lakhs to Uttarkhand Flood relief and 50lakhs for Andhra Pradesh Government for Hudud Relief fund.   

He donated Rs 50 Lakhs to both AP and Telangana CM relief funds to fight the Corona pandemic. He also donated a crore to Prime Minister's relief fund for the same reason.  

After his party launch in 2014, he became the most searched celebrity politician for the same year.   

Controversies have always been part of his life. His niece made a press statement of a life threat from him after she secretly got married in 2007. Samantha made a statement in the later years that certain movie stars marry co-stars for time being and that they had to be careful, that's when all fingers pointed towards him. Puri Jagannadh who once termed him as his God made a statement that he would never ever work with Pawan Kalyan after the duo worked together in the Ganagatho Rambabu movie.   

Pawan has been married thrice. He married Nandini a resident of Vishakapatnam in 1997 and divorced her in 2007. He then married his co-star and costume designer Renu Desai in the year 2009 and ended the marriage in 2012 and ever since then he is married to Anna Lezhneva since 2013. Pawan Kalyan has two kids with Renu Desai and two more kids with Anna Lezhneva. Renu Desai kids are Akira Nandan, Aadhya Konidela, while Anna Lezhneva gave birth to Mark Shankar Pawanovich and Polena Anjana Pawanova.
