> Marvel's VisionQuest, starring Paul Bettany as Vision and James Spader as Ultron, has a new trailer out and premieres on October 14, 2026, with reports saying Indian viewers can stream it on JioHotstar.

Paul Bettany is back as Vision, and this time he has company in his head. James Spader returns as Ultron in VisionQuest, the upcoming Marvel miniseries that picks up the thread left by WandaVision. A new trailer has landed, and the show premieres on October 14, 2026. Reports say Indian viewers can stream it on JioHotstar, while audiences outside India will find it on Disney+.

Spader last played the rogue AI in Avengers: Age of Ultron, and reports describe this as his first outing in the role since that film. The series reportedly runs eight episodes and opens with two of them on launch day. It is said to be the final part of a trilogy that started with WandaVision and carried on through Agatha All Along.

The story finds Vision in hiding after he breaks away from people who wanted to turn him into a weapon. Cut off from the world, he looks inward and talks with the AI personas built into his programming, including Friday, Edith, Jarvis and Ultron. Each one pulls him in a different direction as he tries to work out who he really is.

That quiet life falls apart once a bounty is put on his head. On the run, Vision crosses paths with Tommy, a mysterious young man who may be his son or a reincarnation of him. Keeping Tommy safe while hunters close in becomes his new mission, and reports say Ultron's hold on his mind grows along the way.

The cast includes Ruaridh Mollica, reportedly playing Tommy, along with Todd Stashwick, T'Nia Miller, Lauren Morais, Orla Brady, Diane Morgan, Polly Frame, Emily Hampshire, Henry Lewis, Jonathan Sayer and James D'Arcy. Terry Matalas created the series. He directs alongside Christopher J. Byrne, Gandja Monteiro and Vincenzo Natali, and writes with Cindy Appel, Christopher Monfette, Nicole Falsetti and Matthew Okumura. Reports also place the show directly in the run up to Avengers: Doomsday, which is said to arrive on December 18.
