# Sonu Nigam spends Rs 17 crore on three commercial units in Mumbai's Andheri West

Singer Sonu Nigam has added three commercial units in Mumbai's Andheri West to his property portfolio, paying a combined Rs 17 crore. Property registration documents show the deals were registered on August 6, 2026. All three units are in the Aston building of the Sundervan Complex on Lokhandwala Road, and he bought all of them from Singular Health Private Limited.

The bigger part of the purchase is two adjoining units on the first floor. Together they cost Rs 16 crore and have a carpet area of 3,885.77 sq ft. Stamp duty on this deal came to Rs 96 lakh, and it also includes four car parking spaces in the stack parking system in the building's basement.

In a separate deal on the same day, the singer bought a ground floor office for Rs 1 crore. This smaller space has a carpet area of 258.33 sq ft, and Rs 6 lakh was paid as stamp duty. Together, the three units cover 4,144.10 sq ft, which works out to roughly Rs 41,021 per sq ft. Neither Sonu Nigam nor the seller could be reached for comment.

This is not the singer's first property deal in recent times. In May 2026, he sold 1.067 hectares of land in Karjat, an area counted as part of Mumbai 3.0, for Rs 95 lakh. A month earlier, in April 2026, he sold several land parcels in Karjat, a hill station in Raigad district near Mumbai. Together they measured more than 1.9 hectares and sold for Rs 1.95 crore.

His family has been buying too. In February 2026, his father Agam Kumar Nigam bought a 1,197 sq m plot on Mumbai's Madh Island for Rs 10 crore, and the plot comes with a ground-plus-one-floor residential and commercial building. In 2025, the singer leased out a 4,257 sq ft office in the Trade Centre BKC building in Santacruz East for five years, at a total rent of more than Rs 12.61 crore. The tenant, Pattni Hospitality, runs a cafe and bar brand called Downtown 29, and that deal was registered on December 2, 2025.
