Sundeep Kishan's Sigma has wrapped up its censor formalities and is now ready for a worldwide theatrical release on October 2. The members of the CBFC watched the film and cleared it for theatres with a U/A certificate, which reportedly carries a 16+ tag.

Reports say the approved runtime is 147 minutes, which works out to 2 hours and 27 minutes. The film is described as an action-adventure, and that length is said to be a tight fit for its subject.

Sigma marks the directorial debut of Jason Sanjay, who is reportedly the son of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Vijay.
