# Ranbir Kapoor leases Pune Trump Towers flat at ₹4.63 lakh a month

Ranbir Kapoor has rented out his 6,094 sq ft apartment at Trump Towers in Pune, with the monthly rent starting at ₹4,63,050.

Property registration documents show the leave and licence agreement was registered on October 6, 2026. It runs for three years, from September 20, 2026 to September 19, 2029, and the rent climbs 5% each year. Over the 36 months, the tenant will pay about ₹1.75 crore. A security deposit of ₹27.78 lakh, equal to six months of the opening rent, has also been paid.

Set in the Kalyani Nagar and Yerwada area, the flat comes with three covered parking spaces. Ranbir bought it in 2015 for more than ₹11 crore.

Trump Towers Pune was built through a tie-up between the Trump Organisation and Panchshil Realty. The project has two 23-storey towers of single-floor 5.5 BHK apartments.

It has been a busy year of property deals for the actor. In April 2026 he bought four adjoining land parcels covering roughly 25.7 acres in Pimpri village, Mulshi taluka, for ₹16.42 crore, with the sale agreement registered on April 30. In May he picked up a 2,134 sq ft plot at The Sarayu, a plotted development by The House of Abhinandan Lodha in Ayodhya, for around ₹3.31 crore.

In Mumbai, his former 2,460 sq ft apartment in the Vaastu building at Pali Hill is leased for five years at ₹11 lakh a month. He paid ₹35 crore for it in 2016. That deal also carries a 5% yearly escalation and a ₹45 lakh deposit.
