[Prabhas](https://clapnumber.com/celebrity/prabhas) is acting as the lead in [Om Raut](https://clapnumber.com/celebrity/om-raut)’s upcoming period drama, Adipurush. The movie also stars [Saif Ali Khan](https://clapnumber.com/celebrity/saif-ali-khan) donning the role of an antagonist once again after Tanhaji. While the movie is based on the tales of Ramayan, [Prabhas](https://clapnumber.com/celebrity/prabhas) will be essaying the role of Adipurush, Rama, with [Saif Ali Khan](https://clapnumber.com/celebrity/saif-ali-khan) as Lankesh. Kriti Sanon is playing the lady lead as Sita. According to the latest reports from the movie unit, Sunny Singh Nijjar has also joined the star cast but his role is yet to be revealed.

The first day of the shoot reported a huge fire accident, thankfully there were no casualties.
