Vijay Sethupathi's 50th film, Maharaja, hit the screens in Tamil and Telugu last Friday and is already a hit at the box office! Directed by Nithilan Saminathan, this revenge drama is connecting well with viewers.

On Day 2, over 199K tickets were sold on BookMyShow, and on Day 3 (Sunday), the numbers went up even more, with over 207K tickets sold. Monday saw collections surpassing the previous days, solidifying Maharaja's status as a blockbuster in 2024.

The film boasts a talented cast including Anurag Kashyap, Mamta Mohandas, Sachana Namidass, and many more in crucial roles. Produced by Sudhan Sundaram and Jagadish Palanisamy, the movie features music by Ajaneesh Loknath.
