# Dhurandhar: The Revenge soundtrack enters the Grammy race across several categories

Shashwat Sachdev's soundtrack for Dhurandhar: The Revenge has been submitted for consideration at the 69th Annual Grammy Awards, which take place on February 7, 2027. T-Series and B62 Studios are running a campaign for the Ranveer Singh film's music. T-Series announced the entries on X on Friday and said they cover nine categories.

The full album is entered for Best Compilation Soundtrack for Visual Media. Phir Se, sung by Arijit Singh, is up for Best Song Written for Visual Media. Jaan Se Guzarte Hai and Kanhaiyya are both entered for Best Global Music Performance.

Aari Aari has the most interesting slot. It is entered for Best Asian Pop Music Performance, one of five categories the Recording Academy is adding this year in the Latin, Asian Pop and R&B genres. The track features Bombay Rockers, Khan Saab, Jasmine Sandlas, Reble, Token and Sudhir Yaduvanshi.

Four more songs complete the list. Jaiye Sajana, with Jasmine Sandlas and Satinder Sartaaj, is entered for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance. Destiny Mann Atkeya is up for Best Rap Performance, Vaari Jaavan for Best Dance/Electronic Recording, and Hum Pyaar Karne Wale for Best Remixed Recording.

A submission is not a nomination. Every entry must first meet the Academy's eligibility rules and then get through its voting process before any nominee is named.

Director Aditya Dhar has praised how fast Sachdev works. In an earlier social media post he wrote that the composer made nine songs in nine days for the first film. For the sequel he made 14 songs in 11 days and finished the background score in three.
