# Allu Sirish Flags Late-Night Temple Music Near His Hyderabad Home, Seeks Police Help

Actor Allu Sirish has taken to social media to ask Hyderabad City Police for help with a noise problem near his home. In a post on X, he said loud music has kept residents of his Shaikpet neighbourhood awake well past midnight for several days.

Sirish lives in the Aparna One community in Shaikpet. He said the music comes from the Hanuman temple at Vinobha Nagar. According to him, it plays until around 2 or 3 am, louder than the permitted decibel limits.

The actor said he had already taken the matter to the Film Nagar Police Station. There, residents were told to put up with the noise until September 25, because the city was marking the Ganesh immersion. The festival is now over, he said, but the late-night music has not stopped.

Sirish said the noise is troubling many people in his society, including elderly residents, young children and working professionals. He added that residents had complained several times before without seeing any real action. He asked the city police to step in for the families affected.

The police reportedly replied to his post and said the issue had been passed to the Film Nagar station house officer for necessary action. Reports also say several users on X praised the actor for speaking up about civic sense. Some of them called for tighter limits on loudspeakers at all places of worship.

The episode has drawn attention to late-night noise in the residential areas of Hyderabad, and to how firmly permitted sound limits are enforced.
