# Alia Bhatt started working on her first film as a producer: Darlings

Ever since the lockdown restrictions have been lifted, most of the filmmakers in the film industry have kickstarted/recommenced shoots for their projects. One among them is Jasmeet K Reen's upcoming film, Darlings. What's special about this film is that Darlings will mark [Alia Bhatt](https://clapnumber.com/celebrity/alia-bhatt)'s debut production! The actress seems to be buckled up for her new endeavor and recently she started working on it. 

Alia took it to her Instagram the other day and posted a story where she displays the script of the movie. Darlings was announced at the beginning of 2021. This film is touted to be an emotional drama where it portrays the unexpected situations a mother and her daughter encounter in their life. 

As mentioned before, this film is being produced by debutant producer [Alia Bhatt](https://clapnumber.com/celebrity/alia-bhatt) under the banner of Eternal Sunshine Productions. It is also being co-produced by Shah Rukh Khan.
