The makers have decided to postpone the film’s release from this year to early next year of the Sankranthi festive.

[Acharya](https://clapnumber.com/movies/telugu/acharya) may be releasing on January 12, 2022, thereby joining the big Sankranthi box-office clash with Sarkaru Vaari Paata, Hari Hara Veera Mallu, Radhe Shyam, Beast and F3. An official announcement regarding [Acharya](https://clapnumber.com/movies/telugu/acharya)’s release date will be out on megastar's birthday on August 22nd.
