## Storyline
NTR Kathanayakudu is a classic biopic that portrays the life of veteran actor and Cheif Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Dr. Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao Garu (Balakrishna). Though he initially worked as the sub-registrar at Guntur's sub-courts, he desired to become an actor. When his wife, Basavaramatarakam (Vidya Balan) and brother, Nandamuri Trivikrama Rao (Daggupati Raja) support his decision, he sets off to madras to begin his film career. After a series of failures and flops, he finally stars in K.V Reddy's (Krish) Pathala Bhairavi and the film becomes an instant hit. He shifts his family to Madras after that and things go well for him. Not only is N.T. Rama Rao a brilliant actor, but he also involves in social work and activities. The film traces the journey of a common man who makes it big in the film industry and becomes the face of Indian cinema. he is known for his dedication, determination and frank attitude. How he established his own production house, the service he did to the people, his directorial venture and his rapport with his family are shown in the film. What steps does N.T. Rama Rao take to extend his help to people? Why is he worshipped and idolized? How did his political party come to life? Krrish (Director) narrates the story along these lines.
