## Storyline
Ramachandra (Jayaram) and Valmiki (Murali Sharma) are colleagues who work for ARK (Sachin Khedekar). Ramachandra and ARK’s daughter, Yasu (Tabu), fall in love and get married. This brings instant riches to Ramachandra’s life while Valmiki remains to struggle with his bills. When both Valmiki’s wife and Yasu go into labor the same day, Yasu’s son is born dead. Taking the help of the nurse (Eswari Rao) on duty, Valmiki manages to switch his baby with Ramachandra’s, stating that he means to keep the family happy. However, he holds a grudge in his heart against Ramachandra seeing how he became rich without efforts. He wants Ramachandra’s son to suffer while his son enjoys the riches. After years, Raj Manohar (Sushanth) and Bantu (Allu Arjun) grow up with their respective, switched families. While Raj enjoys the luxuries of a rich household, Bantu compromises to make his middle-class family happy. He falls in love with his boss, Amulya (Pooja Hegde). One fine day, Bantu finds out the truth about his birth from the same nurse who helped Valmiki. Then the story takes a turn towards how Bantu handles the messed up situation, how he impresses his real family and how he sticks by his morals despite knowing that he is the heir to a business empire. Will the truth ever be revealed to everyone?
