Ajay Bhupathi Vegesna is an Indian Film Director. He works in the Telugu Film Industry. Ajay was born on the 13th August 1986 in Athreyapuram, Andhra Pradesh. His father, Ramaraju Vegesna, was a farmer. He is known for his work in RX 100. 

Ajay had a keen interest in films since his childhood which made him join films. He started his work as Assistant Director for the film Doosukeltha (2013) in which Veeru Potla was the Director of this film and had Manchu Vishnu and Lavanya Tripathi in the lead roles. He then was associated with India’s Most Controversial Director Ram Gopal Verma for 3 films (Killing Veerappan, Vangaveeti, Attack). 

He is known for his work in the film RX 100 which was a Massive Hit (2018). This film had a rustic love story of Shiva. The film had Karthikeya Gummakonda, Payal Rajput, and Rao Ramesh in the lead roles. It was inspired by true-life events that took place in Ajay’s late friend’s life. The film turned to be a blockbuster and Ajay made himself a space in the Tollywood Film Industry with this film.
