Soori is an Actor and Comedian who appears in Tamil films. He is famously called as Parota Soori. The film "Vennila Kabadi Kuzhu" has a scene involving a parotta eating challenge earned him the nickname as Parotta Soori. He made his debut with the Tamil film "Ninaivirukkum Varai" in 1999. He has nominated and received SIIMA Award for Best Comedian.
