Raghu Mandaati was born on August 10, 1989 in Warangal, Telangana. He is an Indian film cinematographer known for his works in the Telugu film industry. He made his debut with the Telugu movie Mad directed by Laxman Meneni starring Rajath Varkavi, Swetha Varma.
