She is the daughter of Madhavi, an Indian film actress known for her works in Malayalam, Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Oriya and Bengali cinema and Ralph Sharma. She has studied business and dabbled in real estate in far-end Germany. She does charity and supports the SOS children Village of India. She knows languages including English, Hindi, French, Dutch, Spanish, Thai, Russian and Tagalog of Philippines. She has marked her film debut with 2006, British film Turn left. She made her Bollywood debut with the film "From Sydney With Love". She was also seen in the movies Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, Main Tera Hero and more.
